The Solema belt conveyors are designed with a modular system and can be built with any length between 500 and 7500 millimetres. Depending on application different type of optional are available like : side guides, accelerating rollers, turning pivot, de-stacking devices. The conveyors are available in standard width of 150,200,400,500 mm but every intermediate size is possible on request. |
Telescopic Belt Conveyors

For application where the length of the conveyor must change according to the size of the book or to the configuration of the line, Solema can supply belt conveyors with a telescopic end. The stroke of the telescoping part can vary depending on request between 250 and 850 mm. |

Delta ST

The driving system through flat belt and the rollers shaft assembled on bearings, guarantee durability in the time and moreover an extreme simplicity of maintenance, differently from the other traditional systems. Use DELTA ST to buffer even the more delicate products without risk of damaging or marking. DELTA ST is available in different length and width depending on applications. |
Heating Conveyors

The vertical transport and the heating of the spine through infrared lamps, gives to the cold glue a very good drying before trimming, without compromise the quality of the book. After the infrared lamps section, the book is cooled though radial fan. |
Timing Conveyors

The book is timed into the next machine with a cadence that can be manually adjusted or through an electric signal. The product can be handled when in flat or vertical position. |
Gravity Conveyor
