Compact automatic die-cutter, robustly constructed in cast iron. The exit is also equipped with a waste extractor.
The modular design allows the machine to be connected IN-LINE with digital and/or traditional offset equipment. At its exit it can be fitted with a folder-gluing unit, a laminating unit and other types of post-press finishing equipment, depending on the job requirements.
In the OFF-LINE version the unit is equipped with an independent continuous magazine feeder. The unit works horizontally, with sheet transport to the die-cut station achieved by means of the driving belts. This innovative method ensures excellent quality and results, and adds more value to the finished job. Thus the unit is particularly suitable for use by printers wishing to replace their old platens and cylindrical die-cutters, as well as for use by converting companies in the carton industry for small to medium runs.
