Two-up mode
Due to the considerable length of the knife, production speed can be increased at any moment by changing from the one-up into the two-up mode. The maximum book size to be run two-up depends on the book thickness according to the chart shown below

No change of traditional layouts
EasyFly can be positioned before or, if required, after the three knife trimmer by just replacing a piece of conveyor, without changing the layout of the existing line

Unit used as through-pass
By simply pushing a button EasyFly is transformed into a regular conveyor belt, no bypass or similar equipment needed.
