The compensating stacker Giove can be connected to every type and brand of new generation or old generation 3-knife trimmer to stack either book blocks than perfect bounded products. The exits are positioned 90° in respect of the entrance (right or left). With in line installation one of the two exits can be used as emergency.

The SOL stacker is designed to stack soft cover or hard cover products without compensating at a products infeed maximum speed of 6.000 books/hour with a pile height of 200mm. Thanks to his internal telescopic adjustments, the stacked product is always delivered in the center independently from the product size. The wide adjustment range allows to enter with the product oriented spine/foredge or head/foot. Sol can also be used as emergency stacker or pre-stacker for 3 knives trimmers.

The rotating station allows spine compensation, and you can also off-set the spine by using the off-setting function. With his three exits the stacker can be connected down-stream with other machines, offering an emergency exit possibility. DGT is also available in the automatic size change version. |
